Returning An Order From The UK
We are happy to offer a free return or an exchange on all UK website orders if returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted if received in their original unworn condition and with all original packaging and tags.
- Complete the returns section at the bottom of your invoice sent with your package.
- Ensure that your goods are securely repackaged and sealed making sure that footwear boxes are covered by a protective outer layer and with no stickers or labels directly attached to the original shoe box.
- Click here and follow the instructions to create a Royal Mail return label.
- Take your package to your local Post Office where you will be issued with a proof of posting receipt and a tracking number.
Please note all items must be securely packaged. Wellgosh.com cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to items being returned.
Royal Mail offer a home collection service on return packages for a small charge to the customer which can be organised after creating your label. Please be aware this is an optional cost payable by the customer and Wellgosh will not pay or contribute towards this charge.
Returning Item from Outside the UK
To return an order from outside of the UK please fill in the returns section at the bottom of your invoice, securely package your items and send them to the address below with a tracked service. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, you should return your item for a refund, and place a separate order for your new item/s. Wellgosh must receive goods within 28 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted if received in their original unworn condition and with all original packaging and tags. Wellgosh will not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels.
Please note that wellgosh.com will not pay any Customs charges for items returned to the UK. Responsibility for all customs charges lay with the customer. Return Directly To Store
If you prefer to bring back your return in person to our store, you will need to bring in your web order invoice with the completed returns section filled in. You will then be issued with a receipt for your goods which will be passed to our internet sales department who will process your refund in due course.
Your return will be processed within 14 days of reaching us. Please note it will take up to an extra 7 working days for funds to be processed by your bank/Paypal. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
I Have Received A Faulty Or Incorrect Item
If there is something wrong with the items you have received please contact [email protected] as soon as possible before sending any items back to us. This way we can try to resolve any problems as quickly as possible for you.
