The Levis Vintage 1954 501 Jeans in Eken is a reissue of the first 501 silhouette taken to the East Coast of America, expanding from the the loyal clientele already established on the West Coast. The pioneering addition of the zip-fly didn't appeal to the existing customers, however gained commercial acclaim to the new customers on the East Coast. The Levis Vintage 1954 501 Jeans are crafted from twelve ounce cotton Cone Mills denim, dyed with a very dark base with a contrasting top block and knees with pooling on the side seams. The vintage inspired wash is accentuated with a hand finished wear at points of high wear. The premium jeans feature two large pockets on the rear with concealed rivets, a vintage two horse leather waist patch, twin stitched arcuate, a selvedge cut leg complete with a classic big 'E' red tab on the rear.
