Content Writer- Leicester

This post will involve producing detailed, accurate and relevant descriptions of our footwear, clothing and lifestyle products on our website. We sell to a worldwide audience and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a constantly changing product range. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has experience of writing excellent product copy and who understands and is passionate about our sector of the fashion marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Produce informative, accurate and engaging descriptions of our individual products in line with the Wellgosh tone of voice.

• Ensure that all writing standards are observed and maintained.

• Proof read your written copy and upload to site.

• Carry out site audits to ensure standards are maintained.

• Build and maintain relationships with other studio departments.

• Accurately report on personal output to management.

• Maintain and develop knowledge of our industry sector and associated trends and fashions.

• Assist customer services with relevant product queries.

 

About You: Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English skills with a strong command of spelling and grammar.

Creative Photographer and Videographer - Leicester

We are looking for a creative photographer and videographer to join our team. In this role you will work alongside our in-house creative team of photographers, content writers and graphic designers to create and develop imagery and film to showcase our products and brands primarily through our digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit imagery and video, both on location and in a studio, to be used for web banners, social media, blog and news posts, newsletters and other marketing campaigns and ads

• Be part of a creative team responsible for creating and delivering new concepts and ideas for campaigns which both promote the products we sell and engage and entertain our audience

• Ensuring all images and film are edited and produced to a consistent high quality following brand guidelines whilst sticking to deadlines

• Keep up to date with photography and film techniques relevant to your work

 

About You: Skills

• Must have an excellent portfolio showcasing previous work

• Must be passionate and have a good knowledge about the products we sell and the culture surrounding it

• Proficient use of both camera and lighting equipment when shooting imagery and film in both studios and on location

• Must be capable and have proven experience using industry standard image and video editing software

• Must be a confident individual capable of expressing thoughts and ideas clearly

• Must be a highly organised individual capable of self management when dealing with multiple projects under time constraints

Performance Optimisation Manager - Leicester/Remote

We are looking for a Performance Optimisation Manager to join our team. In this role you will be working as part of our ecommerce team to coordinate and deliver strategies to drive traffic and sessions growth for our website.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility on coordinating and delivering the strategy for driving traffic sales and sessions growth for the website

• Leading initiatives across the fascia that is focused on optimising all the digital marketing channels including Search, Shopping, SEO, Affiliates, ECRM, paid social and Display

• Working with the Trading Manager to set all channel targets based on the sales forecast, to then track and monitor performance daily

• Be the main contact to coordinate with the account manager for all external digital agencies

• Working with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that the correct product is promoted across the channels in order to drive sales

• Work on reviewing potential suppliers to bring into the business to help drive incremental performance uplift

• Develop automated reporting and pick up any additional requests from the senior management team that could aid business growth

• Will have strong stakeholder and supplier relationship skills, combined with a commercial mindset and project management approach

• Understand the fundamentals of all performance channels e.g. Paid media, affiliates, CRM, SEO

Trading Manager - Leicester/Remote

We are looking for a Trading Manager to join our team. In this role you will be working alongside our Ecommerce and Buying team to ensure a clear trading plan is coordinated and executed for the financial year.

Key responsibilities

• Working with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that a clear trading plan is coordinated and executed for the financial year.

• Working closely with the senior teams to ensure that the marketing calendar is aligned with key trading periods

• Full responsibility of stock placement on the website including time to site, merchandising and co-ordinating priorities with the photography and copywriting team

• Working with Performance Optimisation Manager to implement best in class Multi-Channel customer acquisition techniques for the market, and that the correct stock with good GP% is pushed

• Ensuring constant analysis of key website metrics including visitor numbers, get to product, add to basket, checkout completion and conversion rates. This includes all elements of the experience: search, navigation, photography, copy and mobile

• Account management for all onsite tools that will help drive conversions including product recommendations, payment providers and testing platforms

•Coordinating key content updates on the homepage and platforms

•Develop automated reporting and pick up any additional requests from the senior management team that could aid business growth

• Conscientious, organised and thorough with a drive to constantly improve ways of working

• Proven experience in an Ecommerce position
