Collecting My Order

 

How will I know when my 'Collect Instore' order is ready?

 

We will send you a Shipping Confirmation E-mail when your order is ready to collect.

This should normally be within 24 hours of placing your order although times may differ. 

If you have not been contacted within 48 hours of ordering please contact [email protected] (available hours Mon-Fri 9.30am - 4.00pm)

 

What Do I Need To Bring To Collect My Order?

 

We will need your Shipment Confirmation E-mail. Please note this will be sent seperately to your order confirmation e-mail.

We will also require proof of ID which can be either the Payment Card Used To Place The Order or Photo ID confirming your name and address.

We Cannot Release Your Order Without Both Of The Above.

 

Can someone collect on my behalf?

 

We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but to help prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must show us your order number and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence). A photocopy of this ID will be taken by us to prevent fraud.

 

How long will you hold my order?

 

We will hold your order in our Leicester store for 7 days, after which we will return the order to stock and refund your account. Please note that your refund may take up to 14 days to process due to banking procedures.

 

I can't find my shipment confirmation email.

 

Please check your junk mail folder as occasionally confirmation emails can be found here. Otherwise, log in to your wellgosh.com account, find the order number in your order history, make a note of it and bring it to the shop when you collect. 

If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, we may still be able to release your order. Bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode.  We will not release your order to anybody else unless they can produce your order number and their photo ID.
