COLLECTING MY ORDER
How will I know when my 'Collect Instore' order is ready?
We will send you a 'Collection Ready' confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please note this will be sent seperately to your order confirmation e-mail.
This will normally be within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you have not been contacted within 48 hours of ordering, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
We will need your order number from your ready to collect email, and proof of ID, which can be:
- the payment card you used for the order, or
- a current photo driving licence or passport
We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.
If you paid entirely with gift vouchers, a gift card or PayPal, please bring either your passport or photocard driving licence with you as ID.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but to help prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must show us your order number and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence). A photocopy of this ID will be taken by us to prevent fraud.
How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your order in our Leicester store for 7 days, after which we will return the order to stock and refund your account. Please note that your refund may take up to 14 days to process due to banking procedures.
What time shall I pick up my order?
Any time during store opening hours after you have received an email saying that your order is ready for collection.
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday…9.30am to 6pm
Saturday…9.30am to 6.30pm
Sunday…11am to 5pm
HELP WITH MY COLLECT INSTORE ORDER
I’ve lost my order confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail folder as occasionally confirmation emails can be found here. Otherwise, log in to your wellgosh.com account, find the order number in your order history, make a note of it and bring it to the shop when you collect.
If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, we may still be able to release your order. Bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode. We will not release your order to anybody else unless they can produce your order number and their photo ID.
I would like to return my Collect Instore order.
You have up to 14 days (from the date that you received your order confirmation email) to return your order for exchange or refund. Your item(s) must be returned to us in its original unworn condition, and with all original packaging and tags (see our Returns Policy in Terms and Conditions).
You can return your Collect Instore order using the following methods:
Fill in the returns form that you were given with your purchase, package your item securely with the returns form inside, attach the FREE returns label on the form to the outside of your package and take to a local Post Office.
Send by a courier using a recorded delivery method (at your own expense) to
Returns Dept, Wellgosh, 34 High St, Leicester, LE1 5YN
Don’t forget to include your order number, and tell us whether you want a refund or exchange for another item.
Bring your item (unworn and in all original packaging) back to our Leicester store and fill in an Online Purchase Returns Form.
How long will my refund take to process?
As with all orders placed online, your order will be processed by our online returns department and not via our store.
This may take up to 14 days to process due to banking procedures.
