Returning Item/s from the UK
We are happy to offer a refund or an exchange on all UK website/phone orders if returned within 14 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted if received in their original unworn condition and with all original packaging and tags. If you require a refund you will be responsible for all return postage charges on your item/s. However, if you want to exchange your item, you will pay for the return delivery only: Wellgosh will not charge you again for sending out the replacement item.
You can return your item/s to us in several ways:
1) Use the Collect+ service which offers a handy drop-off service at one of over 5000 local corner shops. Simply follow this link to find your nearest drop-off point and to organise your return. Return items to us using Collect+
2) Send your item/s from a Post Office using Registered Post.
If you are using the above returns methods, all items must be securely packaged. Wellgosh.com cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to items being returned.
3) If you prefer to bring back your return in person to our Leicester store (address above), you will need to bring in your web order invoice and completed returns form (downloadable below). You will then be issued with a receipt for your goods which will be passed to our internet sales department who will process your refund in due course.
Returning item/s from outside the UK
We offer a refund service on all orders placed from outside the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to exchange your purchase for something else, you should return your item for a refund, and place a separate order for your new item/s. In case of goods returned from outside the UK, Wellgosh must receive goods within 21 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted if received in their original unworn condition and with all original packaging and tags.
Please note that wellgosh.com will not pay any Customs charges for items returned to the UK. If you are returning goods from outside the EU and would like further clarification, please email us at email@example.com or call us on 0044 116 2515898 (option 2)
