Established in 1988 in Leicester UK., Wellgosh is an independent stockist of some of the worlds finest contemporary street and designer labels.
Our bricks and mortar store trades from 34 High Street, Leicester, and stocks all products available online. Our online store began trading in 1999, and is know widely acknowledged as being one of the leading and most respected websites of its kind. Wellgosh.com is the e-division of Wellgosh Ltd. How do I buy from your website?
You can use the easy to navigate tabs at the top of the homepage to either browse by Brand, Type, Size, or use the links to go directly to featured products. Alternatively you can use the search bar to go directly to any product on the site. Once you have made your choice, select your size, hit the ADD TO CART icon and either continue shopping or proceed to the CHECKOUT area where you can make your purchase.
Do I need to register with Wellgosh in order to make a purchase?
We ask that all customers register with us in order to make a purchase. Once you are registered your address and card details will be securely stored with us so that you can use a password of your choice to access your account and make quick and easy purchases. In addition you get exclusive access to member discounts, offers and benefits that we run from time to time.
What do I do if I forget my password?

Should I try to commit credit card fraud?
All orders placed with Wellgosh are thoroughly screened using the latest anti fraud prevention software available. In addition our website team look at each order individually using over 10 years of experience in processing internet orders. Rest assured that we will cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent and if necessary will inform the relevant authorities including our anti fraud screening partners and the police.
Are your products authentic?
Wellgosh has been trading since 1988 and we have built up a strong collection of some of the finest labels out there. We deal directly with the brands or their representatives in our region, and are 100% accredited by our suppliers as official stockists of their brands.
Are all items on the Wellgosh website in stock?
All items on the site are in stock in the sizes showing as being available. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the item or size that you require is not showing on the site, please add the product to your Wish List, give us a call to check on possible restocks, or keep an eye on the site in case of restocks or possible customer returns. On rare occasions the situation may occur where an item ordered sells out before we can remove it from our site. If this happens we will abort the payment process and your funds will be returned to you immediately.
Where do you ship to?
Wellgosh is happy to ship to most destinations worldwide. See our shipping table for details of delivery times and prices. Note: All orders require a signature upon delivery.
What if I am not in when the parcel arrives?
The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. We will then make more attempts to redeliver the parcel, and if still nobody is in, the parcel will be returned to a depot near you for you to collect it. If you do not then collect your parcel within the specified time, it will be returned to Wellgosh and you will be refunded for the cost of the goods only.

Is it safe to submit my credit card details?

Orders are processed via a secure checkout system provided by Sage Pay. We will then ensure that the billing address that you have supplied matches the address that your credit card company has on file for you.

Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. How do I know if my order has been placed?
As soon as your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that all the details you have entered are valid and correct so that we can process your order quickly and efficiently. If any of the details are incorrect, please telephone us immediately so that we can rectify any mistakes.
At what point do you take my money?
When you place your order with Wellgosh our payment processing partner Sage Pay will reserve the funds from your credit/debit card. As soon as we have picked and packed your order we will then complete the payment process by way of accepting your payment which has been reserved. If for any reason we are unable to send out your goods, we will return the funds to your account immediately.
Can I have a refund or exchange if my item does not fit or is not suitable?
We are happy to offer a full refund* or an exchange on all website/phone orders if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt for UK orders, or 21 days in the case of international orders. Items will only be accepted unworn and in their original condition and packaging (wherever possible) with tags attached.
*Full refund will not include any return postage cost incurred by you.
